JDMFresh.com Policy/Procedures

JDMFresh.com accepts the following Payment Methods:

All transactions are completed through paypal system to insure security between transactions for payment.

 

JDMFresh performance brand products are sold intended for track and  off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customers own risk. By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that MT servcies or www.jdmfresh.com holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state, Arizona. Therefore, all orders shipping within Arizona will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Returns


The sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties, and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders, or items over 14 calendar days; and no returns without an RMA #(Returned Manufacture Authorization). Manufacturer's warranty ONLY. This includes, but is not limited to, no signs of being installed or mounted, no cut wires, no scratches. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or installer to confirm the correctness of size and application install. Original Sale-able Condition is determined and examine by MT Services.

You are responsible for the shipping charges for all exchanges and return unless otherwise stated by MT Services.

Restocking Fee


A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will apply to returned merchandise.

Order Changes


You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call +1 (408) 827-1147 or email sales@jdmfresh.com to change your order. You may use the Online Catalog system to add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. You are able to remove items from your cart before finalizing your purchase. When you are done shopping click on check out to purchase the products you have selected. Fill in your shipping and billing information and then click on the "Continue" button. Select the shipping method and credit card type you would like to use then click on the "Continue" button. Fill in your credit information and then click "Continue" to finalize your order which will take you to paypal to complete the purchase. You will now see a confirmation screen displaying the products ordered and the total cost. You will also receive an E-mail confirming your order.

Typographical Errors


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, or incorrect product information received from our suppliers jdmfresh.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price. jdmfresh.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, jdmfresh.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy


An electronic receipt or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Jdmfresh.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. Jdmfresh.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

 

Customer Information


Any customer information including any email addresses received by MT Services will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, MT Services may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from MT Services, then you may send an email to sales@jdmfresh.com with "remove from email list" in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.

Security


Whether you are placing an order by phone or the internet, security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 256-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet or by phone, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

Refusal of Service/Sale

International Orders (Canada, United Kingdom and Australia Only for Air Freshener Products)


Currently(JDMFRESH.com) MT Services can ship orders internationally to Canada, Australia and UK. Any questions please contact us at sales@jdmfresh.com Free Shipping not available for orders shipping to Canada, Australia and UK due to custom charges and shipping fees.
